At Cable & Devices, we are committed to making every client's journey as smooth as possible — from purchase to delivery and installation. While we work hard to ensure accuracy and quality, we recognize that issues may occasionally arise. In such cases, you may wish to return a product.
To initiate a return, you must submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request and agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.
⚠️ Important:
• Our policies may differ for Business Customers and Consumers. Please review the relevant section carefully.
• Any discrepancies between your order and the goods received must be reported within 2 days of receipt.
• All returns must have a valid RMA number issued by Cable & Devices. Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.
• Products must be returned in their original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and cables.
• Items must be in resalable condition unless being returned due to a verified fault or damage.
• RMA requests must be submitted via our designated return request portal or by contacting our support team.
The following conditions apply specifically to B2B sales:
• Order Discrepancies: Must be reported within 2 business days of receipt.
• Non-Faulty Returns: Accepted only at our discretion and may be subject to a restocking fee (typically 15–25%). Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
• Faulty or Damaged Products: If verified, replacements or repairs will be offered in accordance with manufacturer warranty terms.
• Custom or Special-Order Items: Non-cancellable and non-returnable, unless defective.
The following conditions apply to customers purchasing as end-users (non-business use):
• Cooling-Off Period: Consumers may cancel and return eligible products within 14 calendar days of receipt, in line with consumer protection laws.
• Condition of Return: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. A refund will be issued upon inspection.
• Exclusions: Certain products (e.g., custom-configured items, software, consumables, and hygiene-sensitive goods) are not eligible for return unless faulty.
• Faulty or Damaged Products: Consumers are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund depending on the nature of the fault and applicable consumer law.
• Before Dispatch:
You can cancel your order free of charge by emailing us at sales@cablendevics.co.uk with your order reference or PO number, as long as the item has not yet been dispatched.
• After Dispatch:
If your order has already been dispatched, please do not open the package when it arrives. You may return it within 14 days of delivery, but a re-stocking fee of 15%–25% may apply. Items must be securely re-packaged, ideally in the original packaging.
• Return Conditions:
o Items must be unused and in a resalable condition, including all accessories and original packaging.
o Returns must be received within 14 days of you signing for the goods.
o You are responsible for arranging and paying for return delivery. We recommend taking out insurance, as you are liable if goods are lost or damaged in transit.
• Exceptions:
Orders shipped directly from the manufacturer are non-cancellable and non-returnable.
• Refunds will be processed using the original payment method once returned goods are inspected and approved.
• Replacement products will be dispatched upon receipt and verification of the returned item (unless an advance replacement is agreed).
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
1. Contact our support team within the required timeframe.
2. Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return.
3. Await your RMA number and return instructions.
4. Ship the product back securely, clearly displaying the RMA number on the package.
